The rifle’s 26″ round barrel shows an excellent bore with bright, strong rifling and measures .280 at the muzzle. Barrel finish retains about 95% blue and the frame shows approximately 90% original case coloring—details collectors prize.

The rifle comes fitted with high-quality checkered wood on both the buttstock and forearm, a Swiss-style buttplate, a graduated tang peep sight and a Beech front sight. The checkered forearm is very good with a small 1″ chip at the right rear; the checkered buttstock is excellent with only light handling marks.
